i think the gold will look good as well. any pics of your old p5?Gold will look good, this car reminds me a lot of my Red 02 P5 I had from October 01 until April of 2010.
More pics of when the wheels are finished, tires are still to be bought. spacers are on the list as well. not sure if ill need different lugs, been looking at the sickspeed lugs lately..possibly red hmmmmm![]()
once i got my wheels(17x7 +45) on i was going to be getting ahold of you for them. not sure if ill need to get extended lugs or not. from what ive read and what i understand, +35 is flush with the body, but 8mm is as big of spacer i can use with out getting longer studs, so i would be at +37 with an 8mm spacer. i think i can deal with a 2mm difference. If you need spacers, let me know if I can help![]()
another issue i have is that there is a "cow bell" clunk sound coming from the back suspension. it only happens when i go over rough patches on the road or hit a bump. ive been searching around and am not sure of the source. ill try to get a video of it today.
on another note, anyone have sugestions on the best way to clean under the hood. tooth brush and elbow grease...chemicals that work best...places to stay away from etc..
TIA!! (cheers)
im going with 205/40if u have 17" wheels go with 215/40/17 or 205/40/17
how are you rubbing in the rear??Stock lol
ill be venturing to my auto supplier for these items here soon. i wanna get under the bonnet cleanRegarding cleaning under the hood being very careful to cover up distributor and such use: P21's Total Autowash or Amazing Roll-Off Multi-purpose Cleaner, then to shine it up use Stoner's Trim Shine.
Use a Horse Hair brush for scrubbing those difficult parts. I may be doing mine this weekend too.
