Gold will look good, this car reminds me a lot of my Red 02 P5 I had from October 01 until April of 2010.

Alright. havent updated in a while, but a few things have happened. Head unit installed, with the brake bypass. ordered gold paint from grimspeed, got the wheels primered, painted the insides of the wheels today(duplicolor gold). ill let the pics do the rest of the talking. Cheers!

once i got my wheels(17x7 +45) on i was going to be getting ahold of you for them. not sure if ill need to get extended lugs or not. from what ive read and what i understand, +35 is flush with the body, but 8mm is as big of spacer i can use with out getting longer studs, so i would be at +37 with an 8mm spacer. i think i can deal with a 2mm difference.

im just worried about how much thread there will be for the lugs after the use of spacers..

Just a heads up...I'm on 17x7's with a+45 offset and my rear fenders rubbed and I had to get the fenders rolled. I'm on bfg g-forces, That might have been what did it tho. Car's lookin good though! Keep it up!

what size tires are you running on it? and how was your experience with fender rolling? (if you did it yourself)

225x45x17's I had my friend whos shop put them in roll them. But I hung out with him while he did it. Used a heat gun so there is no cracks in my paint. I was in an out in 45 cause we were bs'ing.

i was looking at getting 205/40 idk if ill have any rubbing issues with that. rolling wouldnt hurt to have done anyways. ill have to call around and get prices for it as well. what suspension are you on?

another issue i have is that there is a "cow bell" clunk sound coming from the back suspension. it only happens when i go over rough patches on the road or hit a bump. ive been searching around and am not sure of the source. ill try to get a video of it today.

on another note, anyone have sugestions on the best way to clean under the hood. tooth brush and elbow grease...chemicals that work best...places to stay away from etc..

TIA!! (cheers)

Regarding cleaning under the hood being very careful to cover up distributor and such use: P21's Total Autowash or Amazing Roll-Off Multi-purpose Cleaner, then to shine it up use Stoner's Trim Shine.
Use a Horse Hair brush for scrubbing those difficult parts. I may be doing mine this weekend too.
