Rear suspension noise at low speed and full turn

Hi All

I'm having an issue with 2013 Mazda CX-5 AWD Automatic. The car did 75k miles and about a month ago I started having an issue with a knocking sound coming from rear suspension that happens only with full turn(left/right) or when driving straight without accelerating (it's automatic).

Took Mazda technician for a drive this morning and he has heard the noise but hasn't really got a clue what it could be. Suspension has been checked yesterday and they confirmed everything is looking good.

I left it at the garage for another day.

If it's not suspension related, the next logical area would be the rear differential.
