rear fog lights...

there are no US regulations on rear fog lights
European regulations require at least one rear fog light and it has to be at the side of the vehicle that faces opposite traffic... two rear fog lights are allowed which allows the vehicle to be legal on either right hand or left hand traffic systems

it's like ppl say: they're there for safety reasons... usually you don't get any problems even when fog appears...
but when a sudden thick fog comes to you when you're going very fast on the autobahn...then those lights are the only means of survival for people... the worst mass crashes appear when sudden fog appears there.....

ahh yes...multiple car pileups...

see, here in Massachusettes we have multiple car pileups every day...whether its bright sunshine, overcast, or snow. We don't need fog to kill people on our highways, people are stupid enough to do that on their own.

tailland, do you know where the rear fog light on the current 323 sedan is located? pics will help

you mean at the euro versions?
at the left rear tail light...but: the right one has a spare place where you can easily make a hole on your own..all prerequisites have been met....
havent got any rear pics right now :(
