rear camber adjustment

My understanding is that this is an OEM part that is the same as stock. It shows up on several Mazda parts websites.

This adjusting cam is present on all CX-5s. It's been assumed here (and by me too!) that it's for toe adjustment. But I have to admit, looking at the diagram, it looks like it would be for camber adjustment (which everyone knows is not adjustable on CX-5!). Maybe someone can weigh in here who has more in-depth component knowledge.

That is what I have assumed at the beginning too, but I was told here, that is only for the toe adjustment.
I would like, this to be true, though.
I have been waiting with my C/S springs, for quite a while.
It's very hard, to imagine from that picture, how is the rear suspension is set up.
I guess, I will have to look under my own car.

OK, found a picture and now it makes sense.
There, is a camber arm at the top, which could be made adjustable and that would change the angle also.
I have been looking into this, but I have not made much progress yet.
Mazdstyle(sorry about the name, I on't remember), made the most progress and now Chris follows his steps.
They have purchased from James Baron Racing, the Mazda 3 respectively Mazda 6 adjustable arms and they modified it/or will to fit our cars.

From this document, it looks like it is a toe adjustment.

Yes, but that bolt is part #15, according to the Mazda diagram: http://www.zoomzoomnationparts.com/...3__6225205/SUSPENSION-COMPONENTS/5470555.html

The "camber adjusting eccentric" is part #16. Now, the confusing aspect is that #16 in the diagram appears to be a washer on the front of #15. Such a location would only seem to make sense to adjust toe. Is the diagram wrong, or is the part mislabeled? Thanks again!

Looking more closely, it appears that part #16 may be an eccentric in the front of the lower control arm that can be turned to adjust camber. It isn't clear how it is adjusted though. Does one loosen bolt#17 and then rotate it somehow?

It's my mistake. The adjustment, is not at that end of the control arm, it is at the other end, close to the chassy.
The problem here is, that we don't know in what plane it is compared to the center of the wheel.
If it would be right at the center of the wheel, that it could be camber adjustment, but if it's off center(toward the rear of the car), then it will be toe adjustment.
