Rear Brake Pads Rubbing with EBC Rotors

So, I installed new pads and rotors all around about 1500 miles ago. EBC dimpled and slotted rotors and EBC green stuff pads on all four corners. Since about 300 miles after I put them on the I can hear a "tish-tish-tish" (say it out loud, sounds just like that) noise coming from the back brakes that gets more rapid with speed. I know it is the rear b/c when I pull the e-brake, the noise subsides and I hear the regular noise of a slotted rotor. It isn't loud enough that I can hear it with the windows up but it is very noticeable with them down, especially when driving next to a wall.

Now I know it is likely a "normal" noise with the type of rotors I have but it is driving me insane and I want it to stop. I have the shims that came with the pads installed and the piston was driven back as far as it would go when I changed the pads. I have tried loosening up the e-brake cable but that solved nothing.

I hope that there is a simple fix that I somehow overlooked so I'll take all the suggestions you have. Thanks!

Checked and double checked. Everything tight and as far as I can tell in it's place. Slowly torqued as well to ensure all parts were sitting flat.

^I need to see if anyone sells just those springs, I had to reuse mine and I was missing 2 of them (I have EBC Pads)

did you grease the metal slides on the caliper and the part of the pad which is held in there?

there's only one on each side on the rear :) i thought I lost one when I started puting it back together but checked the other side and sure enough, only one on the rears

my calipers have all taken "dumps" lol. driver side rear is completely solid its starting to rust the caliper lol. new ones on the way, replacing all four cuz there gonna go out eventually (few torn boots and previous driver not seeming to take care of the brakes)
