Really annoying grinding/popping noise

Ok, so I don't know exactly when it started happening but this noise keeps coming from the passenger side rear of my P5. Every time I hit a bump in the road I get a grinding clunking noise. I had someone sit back there the other day and they said they could feel whatever it was. I've been told it could be the wheel bearing or the strut mount bearing. Has anyone had this problem. Let me know if there is a fix. I'm so used to it that I don't even hear it anymore, but my passengers are like "dude is your car falling apart?". It has gotten really annoying, so it's time to do something about it. Let me know what you think. Thanks. -Nick

if its a wheel bearing, jack that wheel off the ground try spinning it and see if it makes any noise and then grab the top and bottom of the wheel and try to move it in and out and see if there is play if there and it lookes like the rotor is moving the same as the wheel then it is the bearing

while you be back there look at your end links and the bushings that hold the sway bar.....good bet one or both are broke...all my endlinds are toast...

ps escape endlinks up front.....anyone find a set that works for back that arent pencil thick???

Thanks I'll see about getting that replaced when I go home for break. Is the bearing something I could do or do i need to take it in?
