Realistically, what would you replace your MS3 with?

05 or 09+ STi.. That's it. ****, I don't think I would have minded an 05 WRX..

I got my car at a Mazda U.S. sale price event, so nothing in Canada could compete.

Hi Guys, It's been a little while. I decided to put off the new car fever for a bit, but now it's back. This thread makes it seem like you guys aren't liking the MS3 any more? I was thinking about getting an 08-09 CWP. What's up? "Are they what we thought they were?" (said in my best Dennis Green voice)

I used to have a B5 Audi S4. I'm currently driving a MKIV Jetta. Anybody want to trade down?

I think stock powerband somewhat ruins the whole experience after awhile but after K&N SRI install it's so much more fun to drive. After getting dyno, overall power moved up in the powerband which is what you want in this car. I think they addressed this with gearing and mapping in 2010 model.

there's always a better car, always.

That's true! I have days where i get frustrated with the car, naturally; but i absolutely love it for what it is. I'd go out and buy an RX8 just from what it represents and for the rwd, rpm, and handling (not that the MS3 doesnt handle!).

And for some of us, it's not even that we need better... we just need a change of scenery. I get bored with a car after a few years & a few grand in mods. I swear if I won a [insert name of your favorite exotic supercar here] in a sweepstakes, I'd be thrilled for a while and eventually get the wandering eye for something different.

GTM supercar, would build it myself, paint it burgundy red, put an LS7 into it, supercharge the bastard, go 0-60 in 2 seconds flat, now that would be sick as hell

My buddy just finished one and sold it. Cammed Z06 motor in it, with upgraded brakes and 1600 a piece HRE's custom built for the car. He sold it because it was undriveable. 5th gear the tires would break loose. You can't down shift to pass. If you guys see a white one in the LA area in the coming months, he prolly built it out here in CT. His daily driver is a 09 GTR which is far more sure footed (unless it's wet out) and his wife has an 08 STi.

As for me, I'm pretty happy with the speed3. Other than the lacking technology in the car (blue tooth, MP3 playback, lack of Ipod integration ect) on the 07's the car does everything I want a beater to do. I'll drive this thing as long as it continues to be reliable then replace it with what ever fits this same role later down the road.

Wrangler Unlimited either when Fiat puts a diesel in it or the new Pentastar engine is dropped in. Until then, I'm really happy drivin the Speed.

If I was in a position to buy right now, it would most likely a brand new WRX sedan. I could also get behind the wheel of a Legacy GT.

A new Camry or used G8. 4 doors are required and while the G8 would be nice from the power aspect....I'm pretty much over the whole tuner car thing.

I would get a very low mileage ACURA nsx in Black or RED I don't even know when they stopped making them or if they did somehow 2005 comes to mind!!! I like that year underpowered but so sexy!!!
