Realistically, what would you replace your MS3 with?

New GTI-R
Genesis Coupe
Maybe the Toyobaru coupe to come out?

Though I will probably not be able to get a coupe since I don't own my balls and kids will probably be in the future when I am considering a new car..

for $5K more I would pocket the $$ and keep the MS3. It is an excellent car for the price, I wouldn't say anything $5K more is worth it.

now if you're talking $10K more of course that is a whole new ballgame......

02 bugeye WRX and build it. Know a couple people tuned pushing 600 HP with them. Orrrr take the 5k and buy a GSXR 600. ;)

If I could have, I was going to spring for an Evo X. My buddy already had his 08 STI on order and I figured i'd get the Evo. Priorities changed, so I had to look for something less expensive.

I still miss my 05 GTO from time to time..

not sure for 5K.
I have been considering an EVO X, or scrapping the whole "fast car" thing for now as I am in need of an SUV. Otherwise, the MS3 is perfect for what it was meant to be, and I think most people are only dissatisfied with the same thing once they own the car....power vs traction.

Always love the TL Type-S, hard to find though.

Not as hard as you might think. I did a search on cars.com the other day and a whole bunch popped up. What's hard to find is a model in manual transmission and under $30K used that's in decent coniditon/low mileage.

GTM supercar, would build it myself, paint it burgundy red, put an LS7 into it, supercharge the bastard, go 0-60 in 2 seconds flat, now that would be sick as hell

ROFL

Growing up sucks sometimes huh.

C'mon...he said an extra $5K or so....not $50K :p

larf. Honestly, I can't think of a single car that's $5k, $10k, or even $15k more than the MS3 that I'd swap it for. First off, it would absolutely need to be a 5-door wagon for family/hauling duty, then it would need to be quick and luxurious enough to get the juices flowing. And I don't like the STi, so really I'm looking at Audi's avant line.

im gonna have to go with the 2009 shelby gt500 . my friend just bought a brand new one for $46 000 canadian

/agree

Nothing out there in the price range that I would be tempted to go for...

My cousin just picked up a 2003 GSXR 750 with 9k for $4500 with a brand new helmet. I was drooling when I got on it. Damn thing screams with the aftermarket pipe and is fast as hell!

I love my MS3, I'm actually already thinking future and depending how long Mazda intends to keep this Speed around for, might pick up a newer one in a couple years. Unless they develop something like the concept vehicle they developed a couple years ago. I can't rememer the name, I think it was Kabura or something like that, kinda looked like a CX-9 and RX-8 combined.

I'm with you, Kain. Audi's S-line A3 wagons are tantalizing. I love the versatility of a 5 door.

Something more practical and fuel efficient.
Wouldn't you Say?
No Need To Mod!

i like the idea of something that i would D.D. and NOT mod, and get something to build, something RWD or AWD...

something like a used 6 (gasp) accord etc etc... gonna need something for the kids eventually.
