I have a god awful rattle in my rear bumper. It is not the deck, the amp rack, or the liscense plate. Any one shed light on this? I am running 2 12" IDQ 500 watts RMS. Subs are facing cabin.

Rear bumper? Crawl under the car and make sure the rear valance screws are all tight.
There are two or three screws right under the bottom edge, but if you crawl under a little further and look up and towards the back of the car, you'll see the mounting clips for the rest of the valence.
Check them all for tightness. I've had them loosen up and vibrate.
To test, have someone rev the car so the vibration occurs. Then put your hand on the lower lip, apply some pressure and see if you can stop the vibration.
I may be way off base regarding your problem, but this did the trick for me...
