The problem I was bringing up with cutting them though is the location of the bolt bosses. When you cut the flares so that they blend into the body instead of going straight up and down, you will be cutting off the bosses. So to do that you would no longer be able to bolt them on unless you also fiberglassed the bolt bososes back on in the redesigned flares.

Thermostat is a piece of cake.... Sounds like you got alot of other things to attend to before you decide to start all this body work
hey guys just put on mu fog deletes; got a wink mirror and i just ordered my lower control arm bushings, awr engine mount kit, new valve cover gasket, new spark plugs, spark plug wires, and radiator hoes. spent all my money on it i am broke right now so idk when i going to do the fender flares. oh ya i still have to do timing belt water pump and thermostat. so ya :-/

that will look good, i was goin to do that too but i had different plan now. im goin blue plaid pillars and wink mirror hopfully it will look decent lol

man you need to relax, no one said anything about it looking bad, just asked if he was going to sticker bomb it.. did you find all the stickers you need for your hood yet?
I have blue suede in my interior with black pillars and headliner and it flows well together. as long as you can get the plaid to lay right on the plastics youll be fine.

sorry dude they wont, you bought a completely different style flare, yours will look like this
unless your rip them apart and start over you wont be able to get that "tapered to the body look".

Dude that's sick what u did with the headliner and stuff can we get a pick and that's a good idea for the wink mirror. And I am going to modifie the flares but not any time soon man I have no money. I got to put all the stuff on and do the timing belt thermostat and water pump. Then after that I will do some body work

those are comments about the flares... not his wink mirror... and $200 for stickers that may or may not last on a hood... damn..
rar take your time with the flares and they will turn out good. Rush them and you will hate it for a long time and waste a lot of time and money, nothing worst then having to fix things and pay for paint and body work over and over because stuff was not done properly or the way you wanted in the first place..
