Randomly Lose Music Favorites Preset List

I have owned my 2016 CX-5 GT for 14 months. Over the last 30 days, I have randomly lost the Favorites list for music. My radio stations (pre-set for AM/FM) are still present, but the "favorites" list (FM, AM, XM/Sirus stations) is wiped out. No other system seems to have re-booted or de-faulted to the original settings. Any ideas? Just a minor, but frustrating problem.

I, too, have the same Mazda, and mine also loses the presets randomly, happen at least dozen times in the last year and half of ownership

Yes, you need to take in to have update done. The same thing happened to me last November.

2019 CX9. Just happened to me. So take it in for an update? So that's needed to fix a glitch?
