Radio FM issue :( (HELP PLZ)

hi there can anyone please help my radio only plays

e.g 89.1, 89.3, 89.5, 89.7, 89.9
and as i don't live in America i can listen to any radio stations.

as out radios work

89.1 89.2 89.3 etc the whole way through the radio range and in New Zealand the frequencies are all on even numbers. i can listen to any stations is there a way to change this??

I'm not really sure. Where is your car from? I know US radios are all on odd numbered stations, whereas other countries have evens. Is it possible that you have a US/NA model? Have you talked to the dealer?

no there is no way to change this. It's a set standard for listening radio waves.

I think you will need to pick up a head unit from the Japan Domestic Market (JDM).

I believe they work this way.

I would suggest just getting an after market head unit (Alpine, Clarion) from your area. It would be cheaper.
