Radiator flush

Hi, im gonna flush out the radiator on my mazda 6, however there seems to be two radiator nozzles to put the coolant in, one with a plastic cover and another metal one. Does anyone know which i should be putting the new coolant into? also if anyone has any tips for flushing radiator that'd be great.

Taking it you have done this already id look on youtube first, but the raditor hose on the lower end is where you should flush the coolant an top hose to drain. But yes fill up the raditor till full (metal one) an the overflow resivor should be filled to full line or half way. Make sure you have a good idea of what your doing first
