Ractive shift knob rattle

I have an Ractive shift knob on a TWM short shifter. The knob itself is screwed on super tight (doesn't move at all), but I can hear a rattle when I'm driving and I can't figure it out what it is. Anyone else have this problem?

must have something to do with the not really brand name ractive.....

Did you put the rubber size adapter on top of the shift lever before putting the knob on? This keeps the top shug and rattle free. Only thing I can think of that would let the knob rattle.

Yup, did that, and put the three screws in as well. The knob itself seems snug as a bug in a rug. I just don't know what else could be causing it.
