2013~2016 Rachet extension

Will be changing the spark plugs in a '16 CX-5. Will a 6" extension work or will I need something longer, like a 10"?

6" will be fine. Just did it in my son's 2014.

I have a little 1/4" ratchet set that I use for the spark plugs. I doubt the handle is longer than 4.5" or so. Works just fine. Torque's only 14 ft-lbf, so any a ratchet of any length will do.

you're going to have to put in some real effort to use a 1/4" drive ratchet with a spark plug socket... spark plug sockets are 3/8" drive for a reason

Not, actually. Been doing it for years on numerous vehicles.

I was referring to the extension piece, not the rachet itself.
