i dont recomment anyone from buying anything from these guys.
i sent out my electronic controller of my cutout for repaire. it take them almost 2 month to get me another one. when i call them up they always have excuses oh its not my departement. bunch of kids , fags!!
i called them the first time after like 3 weeks it was send out and they are like , we didnt have your phone number so we couldnt send it out to you!! im like ok here is my phone number , the guy says ok ill ship it tomorrow.
when i called again after a week, to see whats up , why they dont send it , they are like well you have to pay for shipping if you want us to send it back to u!!! im like WTF ok , ill pay , then they send it ups and they write on the bill that it is a new item that i bought , so i get charged another 77$ duty fee's !!
i call them back and no one wants to help me out on that. they are laughing at me on the phone!!
I DONT RECOMMEND ANY MEMBERS to buy anything from them , there quality of product sucks ass and costumer service is even worst!!!
