For anyone who has ordered from ProtegeGarage, how long did it take them to process and ship your order? I placed an order for a MS CAI on Jan. 29th and it still appears to be pending on their site. I have not received any further e-mails even after the amount was charged on my card and one e-mail I sent has yet to get a response.

I figure this might be due to them not having any in-stock but their website at the time of the purchase said they indeed did.

Anyways, anyone have any recent problems?
 
call them and talk to ken. he i very good about follow through and will make sure it gets taken care of. no matter what it takes. seriously tho call them
 
They just got through moving during the Holidays. I had an order the kinda fell through the cracks somewhere between them, Vibrant and my doorstep. As soon as I called, he responded quick and sorted it out.

Ken has a great rep and will take care of you!!
 
I had a very poor experience with them personally. They charged my card 2 weeks before shipping my item. Very poor about responding to emails also. Just my own opinion though, but I won't be doing business with them again.
 
I got springs from them..didn't ship right away, so I called them..apparently they were out of stock for another week. It all worked out fine, I guess I just wish they would have let me known when I placed the order or let me know on the website.
 
The new website is not up fully. I can't even access all of my order history; which is a long one. I think they still have a lot of bugs to work out.

But definitely call PG!! That is the only way to get things fixed/updated!!

This year has not been a good one for me too with PG. I've been waiting for my boost tubes forever!!! I got my ETS TMIC quick, but the boost tubes and t-clamps have taken forever!! I recently got the tubes, still waiting on t-clamps. I'm giving Ken a call later today.

But definitely call Ken have give him an opportunity to make things right!!
 
Purchasing both of my products from PG, it seems they wait a week or two to ship the product, but it will get from Illinois to the west coast in less than 3 days.
 
Ive ordered most everything in my sig from PG.... except the standback(used) and the MScai(dealer). I never had to wait on anything more than a week, except the TRZ mount.... and that was a backorder from TRZ.

Many of the items were in my hands within 3 days.

I would just call when you order and ask whats in stock if your on the fence about this item or that. If theyve got it... it goes out fast. Good service, good prices, good support once it arrives if you need it.

No problems here.
 
Hmmm, well if it seems that it does sometimes take a while for PG to ship, I guess I will wait things out a while more. It would be nice if they would provide a few more updates on orders. At least I am not alone which makes me feel better about my order.

I just want my intake.

edit: Yeah, I really don't want to complain because of the price they offer, I will most likely be ordering from there again if I ever get my first order.
 
Yeah - I've waited three weeks for a effin Forge BPV. Absolutely NO contact or follow-up. Next time I think I'll go elsewhere. It even says "shipped" - when I called, they said one more week - that was two weeks ago. Customer service is more than just answering the phone and making things right after screwing up - an email would be nice.
 
I'm sure most of the issues are due to such a high demand for Speed3 parts they can't keep them on the shelves.
 
i would agree with shane you speed3 guys are eating parts up faster then he can get them... also they have just moved as some one else said.. ken is a stand up guy i would deffinatly call him and just check the status of your order its a new website for them as well so things may not be going as smooth as they like i say call and check that way you are covered.
 
I have never had an issue with Ken at PG. I only order over the phone and speak directly to him. Always #1 customer service and quick shipping.
 
First time I ordered bit of a mix up happened with another guy with the same name, but Ken got it sorted out fast and everything worked out.

I ordered a Dash hawk ($20 cheaper than anywhere else) Sunday night, by Monday afternoon I had an email saying it had been processed and shipped.
In my book that's amazing service. Where else can you call and the owner picks up and talks to you and helps you sort out issues. They have to be incredibly busy now with everyone dumping tax return money, but I still had my order processed same (business) day. That's awesome.

When I got my first intake, it took a while to get to me. However, they actually had my cat back at my door a day before I expected it, lol. Never had a problem myself.
 
Well, I got 2 emails yesterday night with the tracking info and status of my order. It pays to be patient sometimes I guess, tracking says it will be in on Monday.

Cant wait for the intake, never actually had a CAI before.
