Question for the people in auto sales

whats up, Im looking to get into an auto sales position for possible summer employment. I have two interviews this week while im home on spring break and only have one semester left of college. I worked at a porsche bmw audi dealer for a few years and am now assistant manager in retail. I was just wondering if most dealers will even give me a chance because i would only be able to work for the summer full time. Am i just wasting my time? Any interview recomendations would be great

Yeah...dealerships usually do not want a part time sales person, or someone just there for the summer. Sales managers expect you to be this dedicated sales machine, who aspires to do nothing more than sell tons of cars. Anytime I mentioned college around my manager he wouls say some s*** like, "Why are you thinking about college. This is your career, not just some job." Hahaha yeeeeeah....I am all set with hustling japenese steel for some fat asshole to profit of it. So I woulden't tell them s***. And steal some auto armor wax when you leave after summer...hehehe.

Yea, don't mention school. Also when they ask you "why do you wanna sale cars" which they will ask! Tell them "For the money" just tell them you wanna do it because there is mad money to be had, and you want it! Garuntee hire just about!
