MazdaSpeed Protege......its a god damn accronym!!!

It`s an MSP? I`ve never seen any documents calling the MAZDASPEED Protege an MSP on `em either (unless it was maybe just a magazine or somethin`, nothin official). So what`s your point about my MPS? Talk to Mazda. MAZDASPEED Protege = MPS. If you wanna call it an MSP, that`s coo, makes sense. But, not REALLY an MSP. Look, I already said I have no problem at all with "MSP" and I was just originally throwing this out as a little fact to know...

I know MPS means Mazda Perf Series, they were even thinkin about changing it to Maximum Perf Series I think. They even printed up some press stuff with Max Perf Series on it. BUT, I`m not the genius at Mazda who decided it was be coo to call the MazdaSpeedProtege an MPS, and I dont know why they did it. I`m jusy lettin you know. Maybe to keep with MPV, MP3, etc.?

I think the biggest thing that you're getting confused w/ is that MPS (Mazda Performance Series) Is their line of performance vehicles. So you're Mazdaspeed Protege might come from the MPS but it is still refered to as the MSP basically from what is formed by the entire name of the vehicle, the same for the Miata. Saying that its not an MSP or an MSM is just dumb because that is the accronym the name makes....Mazda Performance Series or not...it still has no bearing on what the 3 madels are refered to as (MSP, MSM & MP3)

it is called an MPS (eventhough all MAZDASPEED vehicles are from the MPS line), email/call Mazda and get someone who knows about the MPS line there.

Well, until you do provide some sort of proof to back up what you`re saying I would appreciate you not comparing me to a chair. I HAVE however provided some sort of proof/info. regardless of how good OR untrustworthy you think it is. In my sig. is a reply from Mazda, I should also have 3 or 4 or 5 others in my email inbox. I have also posted other replies on the forum. So, please do talk to someone who knows at Mazda or wherever and please let me know what they say.

dude, seriously, it was called MSP before you even knew what it was.
noone cares if it is called MPS.....everyone (except you) will still call it MSP.
u have not gained anything from this argument but a reputation of a person who likes to argue, no matter what you tell me.

it's like me calling my evo "GSRSSL" cause that's what they call it on paper......big deal.
