Pros and Cons of Toga Bearings versus Stock Bearings

I am running the Toga's... I'll take pictures of them at the freshening of the motor at 7500 miles or October... whichever comes first.

hrm, just thinking about what toga says about bearings- what are people thinking about rev + built motor? not like i'm going to sit at 8k all day...

Just curious how people are planning on getting past the stock rev limiter short of a stand alone computer.

I don't think its really feasable with out a standalone. not to mention at 8k, our engine (with stock stroke and rod ratio) would kill itself... I'm sure it possible to override the limiter without a standalone, but like I said, if you have the money to destroke the engine, you have the money for the standalone to go with it.

i dont think that i want to even get close to rev even with a good tune and that much power- the design of our engine isnt designed to last with a lot of power and high revs.... unless i got a lot of head work.

yeah I was hoping to rev higher but after talking with Beau he highly advised not to do that :( would have been nice

any updates on how cars are running with the togas i know its been a while...

hey something has have to have happened maybe cars broke down early or there still running but 7 years is a good gap for info...
