problems HELP

ok guys i'm very frustrated, i recently replaced the clutch on my pro, it 117k on the original clutch and it just recently really started slipping. anyway i bought a brand new clutchmaster clutch, had the fly wheel resurfaced then had it installed by a tech at my dealership. and the next day it started slipping. just like before, what could it be? flywheel too thin now? bad diff?

the differential, you will know if that goes u will know, trust me, it wont be a slipping clutch feeling. Are you doing the install? if so make sure all the bolts are torqued down properly, my friend has a boosted civic and when he upgraded the clutch it started slipping terribly, he bought a new clutch thinking the other one he just bought was crap, but come to find out the clutch wasn't bolted down tight or had come loose and slipping when he got into boost. So check that if you are the one doing the work, if its not then its possible the flywheel is gone, We normally replace flywheels when we replace clutches just to be on the safe side so I don't have any experience with too thin of flywheels.
Hopefully someone else will have more to add, but my suggestion is make sure the clutch is bolted correctly to the motor. good luck.

the guy who did the clutch install is a tech, who has been doing it for over 20 years. so i dont think that could be it. i guess ill have to get a flywheel and throw it in. anyone have ideas on where to get one?

that's weird, I had my clutch replaced @ the beginning of this year and had no problems with it (knock on wood).

did you break it in right? I had a clutch replaced a while back and didn't break it in right, it started slipping withing a month :)

according to the mechanic there shouldn't be any break in time, however i ignored him and still babied it. it has been over a week now.it also will slip with a gear change when cold, but you really have to get on it, it slips major when hot tho. another person told me i could adjust the pedal and re bleed the system if needed? any input? im trying to avoid having to rip it apart again, i just spend like 400 on this and it still isnt fixed (wow)
