Dex,

We had an Ice storm last night, and alas, my car is a week old as of today. No snows, just the Potenzas, and damn it sucked, absolutly no traction, and slippy slidy all the way to work (had to come in, my partner called off before i coud =\ )

But hopefully the weather here in Pittsburgh will warm up and melt all this s**** away.

I decided to get the Blizzak's now.
At least it's money I dont have to spend NEXT winter season.
I hope I get to use them more than a few weeks though.

well you are in canada so i think its a different situation.

do you think snow tires would be cheaper in the summer since there is less demand?

ya... i can relate, today in MA, we got a "dusting" while I was at school I watched the snow pile up. and pile up, the "dusting" led to 5 inches of snow, and let me tell ya... i live a mile from school, and have to go up a steep hill, with 3-4 inches on the roads.. POTENZAS FOR LIFE! haha took me awhile but i made it home safely.. cant wait for spring!!!

I can't believe you guys....
i couldn't stand getting stuck from a traffic light everytime i moved off. It was terrible. I've been on winter tires, since the 2nd week of ownership 'til today. My RH's are pracatical brand new and i haven't even gotten a chance to drive with them the way i'd like.

Anyway, in a few weeks if the temperature's are above 0 degrees, i'll see if i can get my RH's back on...i can't wait!!
