The one in my car...... Does not spool until 140000rpm oh yeah I modded the shat out of my engine to fit it in........ this is the pic of my broken one well atleast part of it...

The last picture is just of the turbine not really a whole turbo. I like the first pics turbo has chicken wire covering the turbine to prevent stuff from being sucked in. Probably chickens.
