while uve got the heat gun out, get rid of the sticker too like d rock said =)

And that ding in the door! Yeah I think my side molding isnt even straight anyways. As for the DX sticker...well I was keeping it on there just to kinda let people know that this car isnt stock or something like that, but with some side skirts and the DX sticker taken off I would almost look like a stock MP3 or MSP. I did have a guy in an EVO stare me down today and then haul ass down the street.

Do the side moldings come off easy? I just dont want any sticky s*** or different color paint.

i was chasing around a car like yurs for a lil bit today when i got off work. i guess he didnt realize i was also a mazda, so he didnt play along.

Cool, I saw a 2000 N/A Protege weaving in and out of traffic like hell and he accually cut me off and I was gonna return the favor but my mom was in the car with me, lol! Then this chick in an '06 RX-8 pulled up and we drove together for a bit, it looked nice, but was for sure still stock.

EDIT: I wasnt in Tampa today! lol, I probably would have tried to race ya!

hey jeg, the side molding come soff easy but be ready to spend 45 minutes at least getting the glue off... i dont know what everyone else does, but i just went over a section of glue with the heat gun and used the small molding piece from the front fender to "scrape" it off...

the piece is a rubbery plastic s***... so it wont hurt the car, and its all dull, it just helps to push the glue off while its hot.

Well... That was FUN!

Worked better without heating, and 45 mins? Try 3 hours, and that was only the right side and the small one on the front left! It does look much cleaner though, fixed the large pics!!! Hope you like them.
