but hey quick question, how wide are the stock rx8 wheels?
because im trying to figure out if 17x8 +48 rims will fit the p5 and i kno the rx8 wheels are 18x? +50

they will fit but i think you need spacers on the rear i believe

np im just read somewhere that you need spacers im not sure how much tho

Stock RX-8 wheels are 18x8. Yes they fit with the right tire and spacers.

i was under the impression that rx8 wheel bolt right on without spacers. i needed spacers with my wheels (16x8 +50) only because the center bore was too shallow. if i had the bore machined, they would have cleared no problem. i have plenty of space from the strut.

I only know this for the P5 as my friend had them on his and my other friend is buying my wheels.
