If you're talking about the saddlebag then I haven't noticed that yet. The straps do have pads on them.

Thanks to coolmazda5 I got directions, now I hope I can follow them :D

Here are a couple pics I took this morning. Only had her for 2 weeks now, but loving my choice! She needs a bath, but the weather here hasn't been allowing this to happen. We have had more snow here in the last 2 weeks than all winter!
