skullz_3, let me know when you post the "how to" for the angel eyes. I am curious what is all involved, tools, parts etc. Will it include pictures as well?

I think I would too afraid that somethign goes wrong, or that after a year one the lights go out...than it would 1. look like sh***, 2. lot of work and money to get new ones.

just bake them. the procedure is actually much simpler than you think it would be. dont let the part about baking your headlights scare you. i guarantee you they will not melt at 200 degrees. it just gets them hot enough to soften the glue.

Point the way to where these write up are . Please enlighten us.

It seems that the website for the other forum gets blocked if I type it. I don't know why as many of us cross-post on these forums. I will PM you the details.

hey guys, there are instructions for the baking on this site as well, and there might be more than one. one with the regular oven baking and one with the heat gun approach. Use the search button, i'll see if i find it and post a link here.

The door handles I could live with. The mirror covers I could live with...especially w/that blue, but the wheels..... eh? A bit much IMO.
Other than that it looks good.

Yea... I was kinda thinking that too... So next summer I'm gonna remove the handles and mirrors and just stick with the wheels...

Mazda Mama - wow that colour looks awesome, really nice shiny rims too! Plate cover goes with the rims.

this was my 3 the day i got it. driving 100+ miles a day to and from work has since ruined the paint job. also being hit and run by some drunk ass hole didn't help.

I had to run into Raleigh today and took a quick detour to some of my favorite no traffic spots to take some updated pics with the eyelids. Here are the best ones:

That front grille does wonders for the look of the 3 hatchback.. it just looks so odd with the stock grille IMO.

I agree. I hated the stock slatted grille. I was glad I was able to find this one from a JDM/AUS Mazda3. It makes my car different, but still retains a stock look.

I just like it when the material/style of the upper grille matches the lower grille, hence why I just did a couple little mods to my stock upper grille (painting the top strip and emblem to match the sunlight silver of my car).

I <3 modding via OEM parts :)
