lol...actually, i found out from quik that there's a fellow CB ms3 really close to me in jersey city, but his car seems to be parked every time i pass by...maybe it's just weekend car? (dunno)

Well technically I didn't I pulled 495 but like the count the big sleeve collars as 5lbs each. So technically I'm not part of the 500lb DL club . (hand)

Nowadays I'd be lucky to pull 315 for more than 5 reps w/o straps. My back (and grip) isn't what it used to be.

My baby was born August 16 2006 one week before my first day of class. I got through one whole year of college I rarely slept but I managed a 3.0gpa that year plus i worked 30+ hrs a week. Without the support of my family I would have killed my self(alright). I'm ok now

i work at a wedding center and am a dj, i work with a video guy and always see him messing around with it. confusing program, and i hate macs lol
