Possibly bad turbo? please help!

Last night I was on the way home to KY from Nashville for school starting today. the drive is only app. 85 miles. i would say about 70 miles in i start hearing this noise kinda like when you rub ur finger across a wet balloon lol. but neways i could still boost n all jus fine. I woke up this morning to go to the store and i cant boost at all. and it sounds now like fine fine glass or sand is spinning around in the turbo when it tries to spool up? I checked all the IC piping and its all connected. Does this sound like a bad turbo? i will have had the speed for 4 years on my bday this wednesday. and what a present she is giving me!!
 
is it smoking or anything? Take the intake pipe off and check.....although we know you don't want to, just face the music.
 
Alright well i did not see ne oil newhere! i took the hot side and intake side piping off and there was no oil. i puit my finger in the turbo(while it was off of course) and i could spin the fans with my finger. the c-clip on the wastegate looks to be there. all the couplers are connected. however i did get a video with help from a local mazda owner. here it is..
 
Also to add I went to autozone to run a code and it was p0103 maf sensor. I wouldn't think this would have nething to do with the turbo.
But ill give nething that will help identify the problem!
 
thanks for that crash! Bump for any more help. I took my bumper off today and checked all the connecting couplers and there were not any holes in them and they were all connected. would the MAF have anything to do with me not building boost?
