no offense but they look as if they were finger-painted.

what camera are you using? bc thats clearly orange. decent paint job i guees but like alot of people here i want my s*** to be perfect

like i said i still am doing touch up tomorrow waiting for the 1st coats to dry then 1 final coat and a tape and repaint of the letters to be silver and yes it is a nikon coolpix700 i really don't understand why it shows up orange... i used dupli-color engine enamal the red top one!!!

if thats the first coat, the you really ****** up.

brake clean it off,and follow the instructions.

shake well.

hold can 10-12 inches away, spray light amounts, not coating the whole project

apply as many coats as needed.

don't no if you have ever painted before, but when I spray,it looks like it was dipped it's so flawless.

and I don't put a lot of effort into it.

Sweet paint job, keep up the good work. I would go for the taillights next or even the emblems. Or maybe the nail on that Morgan's toe.

no that is primer i did anouther coat today and silver on the dohc it looks better... less "finger paint" like and the silver makes it better... draws attention away from the imperfections... i suck at painting stuff lol flame me!!! ummm i will stop now :)

Heat Shield?

i just accented the lettering on the valve cover. i used 500 degree DupliColor engine enamel...seems to be holding up great! maybe you should give that a try?

Your car isn't too hot without that heat shield? I painted my shield with high temp paint and put it back on.

look, your F--king up the painting by putting to much on a one time, hold the can farther away, and use less paint, just do more coats.

Heres mine, I washed the cover in the dishwasher to get it superclean, then taped of the mazdaspeed logo, and then shot 2 coats of "Ford Red" engine enamel. Simple as that.........also did the strut bar
