Has anyone done any semi-permanent exterior work with plasti-dip? I'm thinking about doing an offset red stripe on my 2004 Sunlight Silver Metallic Mazda3 SP23. Like a 3" w/ 1/2" gap, then 1"... Does that sound like a good idea?(thumb) (dunno)

I painted the top of my 3s hatchback with it. Easy application and it looks pretty good. Only tip I have is if you plan to use tape, it is very easy to peel the plastidip off with the tape. Maybe removing tape during your final dry time would help. I got all of the tape off until i was peeling the sunroof tape off and took a chunk off but i got some more paint and touched it up. Looks okay where i chipped it I will probably go over it again next spring. Cheap and easy tho
