Currently at 27k ish. Only current modification is shifter bushings.

What is your impression with the just the bushings? It looks like an interesting mod and it is cheap enough for me to be interested.

Shifter bushings will really make a difference. Once its in gear it stops, none of that extra slop. Just makes the shifting more precise.

Thanks, Sport6. I think I will give the TWM set from SU a try. I've put up with the mediocre shifting for a while and I'd like to improve the feel for cheap. Between the bushings and the widened gas pedal from a member on here or M3F, I think I'll be pretty happy with spirited driving. I could use stiffer motor and tranny mounts, but the thought of extra vibration turns me off until I feel it for myself.
