I had someone stealing from me feel the payback in a very bad way when they ended up taking several items that were coated with Poisen Ivy. The mixture lasts upwards 5yrs too in case you need to have an anniversary event (laugh)

First of all it isnt going to do anything to your car. The ammount of urine that got into your tank is probably trivial. Second, why the hell are you not pressing charges? You obviously have a witness and should simply call the police. Once he has been charged then file a civil suit for damages if any. Honestly I am sure you have done worse to your car at some point. Get some Heet gas treatment for water in the tank and call it a day. that is strange though!

I would have called the cops within the first 5 minutes of being told about this. Charges would be filed and the max would be asked for. ******* with ones car is serious s*** in my book.

Once all the law stuff is dealt with, you could try this:
A friend of a friend invented something called the "kitty patty."
Here's what you do:
1. brush a cat for a few days to collect a fair amount of hair
2. turn a zip-lock bag inside out, go to the litter box and collect some doo-doo
3. once the doo-doo is secure in the bag, add the hair and add some maple syrup
4. now seal the bag, through it in a fridge for like 10 min. for consistency
5. now use the bag as a glove to smear it under his car door handle
6. enjoy as you victim feels the wrath of the kitty patty!
