ROFL I would imagine he was drunk who knows if anything even got in your tank (isnt there a metal flap that keeps gas from coming out? never looked). Its not worth all the legal bs. Id get the name find the dude and just walk up to him ask him his name then properly nail him in his nuts along with a good beat down from you and several friends. It will be the only thing that will likely make you feel decent. If you do beat him senseless I would also recomend pissing on him afterwards. (freak)(piss)
For real, its just water and amonia for the most part. More then u would normally have in your tank at any give point but I can't imagine enough to cause serious damage.
Step 1 go get some Seafoam or dry gas. I recomend seafoam.
Step 2 Add seafoam to your tank
Step 3 top off tank and then run it dry and top it off again
Step 4 Find that little fuckers car and seek your revenge. I recomend setting off some thermite on his hood as will melt straight through his engine block and you can make it super easy.
Might want to call the people at seafoam or maybe a few dealers/mechanics to see what they say.
The only issue I could see is if you got enough in your engine that didn't burn off, it could cause a hydro-lock. But he would have had to have taken a massive piss, pretty much straight into your engine so i really wouldnt worry about it.
Besides... now your car won't get athletes foot in the engine or tank, according to the old college urban legend about pissing on s***!

a little bit of piss is not going to hurt your car. think of all the other s*** that some gas stations and/or gas companies add into their gas that goes through your fuel system year after year. if you really want to get back at this kid, pour sugar into his tank. that will teach him a lesson not to **** with someone's car.

Do you understand the difference between fuel additives that have gone through rigorous testing and are federally approved to both not damage your vehicle and meet emmissions requirements and, say, piss? Do you understand the difference between things which are combustible and things which when atomized still don't burn, like, say, water and urea?

Not likely to do any harm if you had a few gallons of gas in your tank at the time. If you have driven it more than 50-100 miles since then the additive is likely unneccessary.
Get him for the body damage though, should a be a misdemeanor for damage to private property, depending on the amount to fix the car.
Don't suppose you track mileage? I'd be curious to see if I can improve mine with some pee, unless it's like water injection and only good for higher boost applications. j/k
