the tech told me since it was factory on mp3's i could race in g stock. Oh yeah i took first that day also.
 
MP3 rear sway is 3mm bigger than stock. It's the same reason I'm allowed to get away with the MSP front brakes on my P5 in STS.
 
I'm pretty sure, yes. It was mentioned on a revision for this year.
 
Nope. There's an 89 Hatch that tears up with us. It's pretty much the most popular and potent platform for STS.
 
If it was your first, i would be too concerned. I had two on my first time out.

Hell, anything can happen to throw you OC.
 
do you get practice runs or do they throw u right into the runs that count?

Cause i too need to work on remembering the coarse lol.
 
I wanted to take a cheat sheet to draw out the course so I can visualize it better but I forgot. On Both of my oc's, I missed the last turn running way too wide to get into the S's to the finish.

Things to improve on for next time...
 
The only practice you get is walking the course before hand. Other than that, as soon as you drive, it counts.

dam that sucks lol. Do they do the classed in a specific order?? and if they did. just say rob went before me could i ride with him if he allowed me too??
 
yeah, I walked it twice with another sts runner. He ended up with ftd at the end of the day. Even he was saying just cause you think you know where you cant to be doesnt mean that is where your car is going to be when you get there...

I even rode with him on two of his runs...

thats cool, o i check out that link you post for NH and they are having something the 19th of this month, not sure what it is though lol
