Pics from my 1st AutoX... Massive bandwith required!

dam that sucks lol. Do they do the classed in a specific order?? and if they did. just say rob went before me could i ride with him if he allowed me too??

Yeah, they decide the class run groups at the beginning of the day. Only problem with trying to ride with someone else is that if you're not co-driving the same car, you probably won't have an opportunity to ride. When you're not running, you're working the course.

I did not go, and I wish I did. My car was broken at the time. They go over all the basics and some tips...then you run the course a bunch with a passenger giving tips. Fez (a C6C'er) went last year and said he had about 10 or 11 runs at the course. He did say that it was very helpful. I will be going this year.

ok cool then ill def. look into doing that. now will the coarse be the same all season, i know i was reading that they have one coarse in the morning and then a different one in the evening. Do they use the same coarse setup all year or is it different for every event.

and btw i did not change anything on your post i hit edit instead of quote lol

Hahaha, no worries.

The course is different every event. The dual course setup is a forward run in the morning, then a reverse in the afternoon. Sometimes they'll change it up a little, such as adding or removing a turn / slalom section. We also have a few different venues that we run at, so the courses will be much different for that too.

so how many runs do you get per course if you are doing a day with 2 courses

The RESULTS are in!

Guess it wasn't too bad since I beat a C5 Corvette :P

I'm really looking forward to going again next year. The NHSCC was x10 better than the low key run at BeaveRun.

Anyway, here is a pic:

I need to get some real ones.

Masking tape isn't going to cut it...:P

On racepa, someone suggested getting magnetic sheets from the craft store and making your own. I'm going to check there later today...
