PIAA extreme white LED - pics

How did you get the drivers side one in? I couldn't make room. I'll probably have to put that one in when I do the CAI.

I already have a CAI. I didn't think about how tight that is with the stock airbox. But the stocker it easy to remove. Just pull off the hose clamp on the intake hose and pull up on the box. It is just held in place by some pressure clips. Make sure that you check the slack in the MAF sensor wire but there should be plenty.

Cool, I plan to put the CAI in this weekend maybe, so until then I'll just let it go ghetto with 1 PIAA and 1 stock :)

OK Raw I got a question for you. How did you get a picture of your car into you avatar?

I went to the User CP and select Edit Avatar. On the bottom select Browse and choose the jpg off of you computer that you want. It should resize it for you.

No, but I put a piece of aluminum flashing on the inside of the fender well to cover up the horizontal holes in front of the tire. It didn't affect the performance and the filter stays dry even when it is raining. The AEM CAI comes with a very good set of instructions with pictures. The whole install took about an hour and a half. Though, It would have taken less time if I wasn't all thumbs. :)

(first) chicago!!! it worked just like you said thanx you rock!!!

Here are some more pics. (Sorry about the quality I need a new digital camera but car parts come first.)

As you know... this makes our parking bulbs looks so much better!!! It's so close to xenon white. I just hated the amber looking stock bulbs... :)

Yea these look much better than stock, but there not as bright as I thought they would be. They look really cool but the light output is not as high I as expected....but I'm still happy with the purchase.

I wish I saved the pics of my 6's headlight mod, but you can see some of the modification I've done to it in my avatar.
Those are Umitza DDE's (Daylight Demon Eyes), also got the Prolumins Chrome turn signal bulbs, Xtec 6000k HIDs in the low beam, PIAA Crystal Ions in the Intergrated fogs and sport bumper fogs, and PIAA Hyper Whites in the high beams.
Oh yeah, those eyelids that you see.....I mounted them on the inside of the headlight housing. I didn't like the way they bulged out, when I had them mounted on the outside.

---Aloha
