Is your passenger seat a lot looser then the drivers seat i have a 2008.5 gt ?

It is not on my sport... What do you mean exactly though? Is it wobbly or something like maybe it's not bolted down tight? The whole seat or just the back? Sounds like it's something that might be a quick fix at the dealer under warranty though.

the back of the seat is wobbly and a quick fix is what i was thinking

I have noticed this in my 07MS3...as a matter of fact, I have seen a YouTube video of an MS3 at an AutoX with the camera set behind the driver and he moves A LOT...much more than would be comfortable.

I used the CGLock in my sc'd Miata it held like a boat anchor. Those seats, though "cheap" looking were solid laterally.

Haven't really put the MS3 to the test yet on the track, but do notice a bit of a wiggle when pushed.
