Hey i was wondering if i want to paint stuff under the hood like the egine cover and say like the fuse box what kinda paint do i use becuase i no there is paint that is up to like 500 degrees is that good form like auto zone and stuff..and what are the steps like do i clear coat..


and has any painted any interior of there MP3 i would love to see how it looks and what kinda paint for that to.
 
here are a couple of pics of mine. i had the color matched at a car paint store and i painted a few pieces that were not done from the factory. i cleared all of them also.

I painted my ENTIRE interior! Pillars and all. After the painting process is complete, you'll need to clear after, and only after the paint has cured. 2-3 good even coats of clear should be applied. Takes about two days of an even warm and dry temp to do so. Then use a rubbing compound. After that a good waxing. As for paint, use the factory paint that you can request from the dealer in an aerosol can. Also, any of the "import" colors are pretty damn close.
