believe it or not.. that is easy. Its not that bad dude. Just don't drill into the concreat like I did because i didn't know when to stop(rockon) . Just go to your local NAPA store .. i'd call first and make sure they have that part number ( in pic ). You have the 2.0 right? Then just order that part. Drill one piece and screw it together.. disconnect the 02 censor.. its easy dude.. took me awhile because I didn't do just as it said.

Yeah, 2.0. Its 18mm non-fouler and 1/2 inch drill bit if i remeber corectly, and I have a drill press so no worries about the floor. lol Ill stop by napa on my was home tomorrow.

Another question...I saw in the how to install the header something about taking off the passenger side radiator fan, do you think im gonna need too? I mean its only 2 nuts but I dont wanna do more work than I have too.

Its worth it dude.. the only thing i didn't like about it is how loud my exhaust got. Not only did it get TWICE as loud, its raspy. If you don't have a nice cat-back system on it.. its going to sound like a bad ass civic. The whp per dollar is totally worth it.

sweet.. then ya i think you will toss a CEL light with that. Just do as the HOW-TO says and you will be just fine.. just remember to flash the ECU by disconnecting the negative terminal on the battery for like 15mins.

Yeah...about that, whats it do by flashing the ECU? Because I really dont wanna lose all my setting on my radio...

haha ya thats going to happen. What it does (from what i understand) is resets it. Kinda like hitting the program button on your tv and making it go thru all those damn channels to see what it can pick up and what i can't. So it learns all over again. Once it sees eveything is peachy it will not throw a CEL.. if you don't. The CEL will stay on. It should take about 150 miles for it to fully learn. If it comes on within mins of you reconnecting it and starting it. You didn't disconnect it long enough.

Well what if I have the non-fouler on there before I ever start it up, its never gonna know that the cat was/is missing right? I dunno, ill probably do it anways and just do everything in the how to just so its gonna work right. Im outa here for tonight though...laters.

I have astock exhuast apart from the header adn you can't hear any difference in sound in the exhuast!

Well that makes me feel better about things now, its probably just gonna make my axleack alittle louder and deeper, which is good!

looks nice jeg0024... What kind of paint did you used to paint the calipers?... I want to do it too but using red like racing beat springs...

I used the Dupli-color with ceramic brush on paint kit, it came with the paint, a brush, tape, and brake cleaner. I think it was around $15 or so and they do have it in red, I just got mine at a local auto parts shop.

i planned on painting my calipers and drums red, but i see that you all dont agree with painting the drums. is that ricey? ive seen someone with a saturn do it. that silver does look nice .i may reconsider.
