OEM pads worked great for me and still good at 60,000 miles. Good stopping power and low dust. No need to change rotors unless you run pads TOO longs and score them. Ed

Updated the shipping charges on the packages, they will cost $25.00 per brake kit.
Brakes will be very similar to your Protege 5 but just bigger components. Instead of sockets, you might need to use allen wrenches when taking off the slider bolt.
