2. yes, they had an issue setting up online registration for us, so we are just paying there.

- i would say arrive between 8 and 8:30... he told me 8:30 to start all that BUT we all know some people are never on time so i announced the start time of 8:30 to give us a bit of time to play with to get everyone taken care of

Just got fantastic news!!!! updated the OP but ill post it again anyway. pricing will be 150 per team (plus taxes) which works out to be ~$55 if we have 36 people... so if your name is on the list you better be there!!!!


we have 3 spots left so if others want to attend i suggest committing quickly as those 3 spots wont last long

originally the plan was do online registration. but PIRC was having issues with getting it set up, so the just opted for us to pay there...

To make everyone feel better...simple math:

150/team X 12 teams = $1800 for the field.

$1800/36 drivers = $50/per person

If we end up with only 9 teams (27 people)
$1800/27 = $67/per person

We originally billed this as about $100/per person. We are STILL below that number, even if we have to pay for 3 karts that don't run. I'm sure Pitt would rather have 3 karts sit idle than lose $1800

what jon said, no way we can do 4 person teams until we hit ATLEAST 36 drivers. bring them all though, we are currently at 30 guys, you and 3 friends would make it 34 and IF i can get 3 other guys you and your friends could have the 4 person team
