Soo, i want to either get new wheels/get the stock wheels powder coated.
I was digging hot pink for a couple weeks, now im unsure of good colors/styles of wheels.
Any opinions? Car is silver, ill post a few pics.

They are one of the sexiest OEM Mazda wheels and I was *this* close to buying a set about 3yrs ago. Then I saw up close and personal a 215/35/18 tire. lol

I run 205/50 also and those Motegis are ok....I've just never been a fan of wheels with rivets.

I could definately deal without the rivets.
Any ideas on decent websites to peak around on?
Im just googling, lol.

discounttiredirect.com
tirerack.com
wheeldude.com (vendor here who sells Rotas)
1010tires.com (but IMO they are a little overpriced)

Some good places to start and I know there are plenty more out there, specifically wheel manufactures sites, ie: enkei, konig, work - volk, rota, etc.

i like the p5 wheels but not for summer but you could always add a little spacer and some camber and it would make it look a little better

So your saying you don't like the Protege factory wheels on your Mazda3 all year round? or Mazda factory wheels? I think Factory wheels look great on the Protege either the RX8, Speed6, Speed3 even some of the other factory rims look great. its all a matter of what size wheel you want.

Your P5 looks really good, mate. You're pretty darn low, so I wouldn't suggest wheel spacers since you're probably already rubbing in the back. A lot of people really dig OEM Mazda wheels on their P5's and they do look good. But I think if you're going to spend the money on new wheels, why not get some nice looking aftermarket wheels and tires? The OEM wheels look classy, suttle and clean. Aftermarket wheels look nicer, and really make the car stand out and more aggressive. And keep in mind wheel weights when shopping around too. MS6, MS3 and MSP wheels would awesome, but they are very heavy and with only 130hp at the crank, our cars aren't the quickest out there. Just stuff to keep in mind. :)

:) haha. I love how you worded all of that, it was awesome.
I understand all of it, id love to swap it, but itll be some time before that happens... So at this point im shooting for loww&slowww (and puurtay of course)

Green could be nice. Personally, I love the look of FD wheels. Theres a guy on here, dunno who though, with a red P5 with a black lip (DG i think) and gold FD's. His car also just so happens to be my background. Awesome look. Other than that I really like Speed3 wheels, or anything with a lot of thick spokes.
