P0031 - H02S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

My check engine light just recently came on, went and got it checked out and got back this code. I did some research and it seems like I have to replace my O2 sensor. I called around and found out there are two different sensors, one upstream and one downstream. One is colored orange and the other is colored yellow. Both for around $110 each.

So my questions is which one do I need to replace, the up or down, and how easy is it to do? I've been looking at some youtube tutorial and it doesn't look that hard.

Any pointers from anyone who has had the same problem before would be much appreciated.

You need to change the upstream one or the front one coming out of the exhaust manifold. Easy to change. You will need a 22mm O2 sensor socket to get it out.
