Osram bulbs w/ extra! (?)

Just a question:
I purchased the Osram Silverstar bulbs through poowerbulbs.com and the pro5 group buy. When the packaged arrived today, there was a little suprise in it: a second set of bulbs!! They're just bulbs (no metal mounting thing), packaged in a blister pack and labled "Philips Blue Vision W5W". The package also says "ULTRA blue, 3400 Kelvin", and 12V 5W.
They look pretty spiffy, I just don't know what they're for! I've tries Philips' web site to no avail, so before I e-mailed pwerbulbs, I thought someone here might have had the same suprise...
What do they fit??

They're more than likely 1157 or 1156, also referred to as W5W by some people/companies. They will also fit in your side markers or outtermost parking light.

Yeah, I have some upgraded interior lights, and I must say that I will never go back to the yellow stock s***.

glad to see that they worked. The W5W do look ten times better than stock. Oh and the headlight bulbs are pretty sweet too.
