There apparently IS an MP3 capable unit for the MS6, my owners manual talks about it.

However, the dealers don't seem to know jack squat about it (besides telling you it will cost $750 to put in).

Why the just wouldn't put it in a $30K car to begin with is beyond me.

Not seeing it as an option. Just 200 wat bose 7 speaker 6 in dash cd changer sirius able. anyone else difrently equipped?

I know removal of the dash in the 03-05 was the hardest part to the swap...as for the refresh I couldn't even pretend to know as of right now. if you do decide to pullthe dash make shure there isn't a hidden bolt in the dash. 03-05 had it hidden and not removing it resulted in cracking the motherbord.
