If you don't wish to disable the DRL module, you will need to purchase the relay harness which will draw the additional power from the battery when only using the DRL's. In effect this will mean that your HID's will be operating all the time. When you switch on your headlights it will just turn on your tail and matker lights as your HID's will already be on and warmed up. Make sense?

I have heard of problems with the relay due to the DRL! I am just wondering if this is true?? (Calgary, AB)

My current setup:

FX-R projectors
Morimoto 4300k D2S bulbs
DDM Tuning 35W ballasts
D2S bulb adapters
GTI-R shrouds

100x better than the DDM Tuning kit in the reflector housing.

No, most factory projectors use D1S or D2S bulbs (like mine). It's pretty much a full conversion of your headlight system. There are a few projectors that use H7 but it almost wouldn't be worth the upgrade as they aren't anything special.
