This is how people like that work...money makes people rich and often but not all the time ignorant with the superpower of invinciability lol...but what it does NOT do is make them always right. Seriously stop dragging this out which maybe what her mother or parents want, so that the time limitation for reporting it (if there is one)? runs out and they are in the clear.

Soooo....

Step 1: Report Accident even if you do not still go to step #2!
Step 2: Contact insurance company... the only way your insurance might go up is if there is difficulty in determining who hit who but...if the dent is on your side but not the front end this means she hit you which...we all know because your car can't drive sideways and if it could I'd be concerned lol. So your insurance will NOT go up but her's will.
Step 3:Take pictures and if you go through the insurance company they
will take they're own pics as well.
Step 4: Let the insurance people deal with it...they are pretty prompt in contacting the other insurance company etc so you should know what's going on within a day or two. THEY will handle the parents.

hell, my gf and i got into an accident last witner, i was driving her car, hit the brakes on the highway, no abs so all 4 wheels locked, did a 180 and ran into the middle of the highway backwards, the car flipped on the side.

5k in damages (bumpers, fenders, 2 doors, rear suspension, exhaust, wheel, trunk, hood, paint, etc) and they took it to their insurance because i didn't have the clause that protects me while driving other people's car so basically, if something happens, it's the car owner's insurance that takes care of it. All her dad asked me was to call my insurance and ask if i was covered for other people's car, i told him i wasn't and he said ok i'll fix it with my insurance ... all taken care of in about 8 days. the car was fixed, back on the road, her parents never mentionned it again. they are not rich or anything, just really REALLY cool parents i guess. my insurance didn't go up even though i have a accident in my profile with the saaq (dmv in this province), but i didn't claim anything either so ...

Again I say dump that jew b****.....after making sure they pay for damages as it was her fault.
The simple fact that she BACKED into the FRONT of your car says it's her fault.

Turn it over to your insurance company. Have them investigate the accident. Did your gf apologize for the incident or only tried to shift blame? She needs to take responsibility for her actions and so do her parents if her car is registered in their name. Good luck.
