You know that might work...just draw the oil from the bottom of the oil pan filter it and dump it back in to the top of the pan. The Amsoil system allows for two different methods one that remotely mounts both the bypass filter and the regular filter and another that draws a small amount of oil from the OP sending port. Both of these methods rely on pressure from the engine driven oil pump.

we have some really nice filters and filter heads that we use to filter the hydraulic oil into the EDC of our Sauer Sundstrand pumps (about $30,000 a pump). and I know we have some small electric gear pumps lying around... this could be my next project.![]()
