ok...i just traded in my beloved 98 chevy s10 for a brand new 2003 silver protege 5 with a 5spd manual.....I need some specs on this car...i already love it...i just hope the bank goes through with the financing

dj, Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to our Club. There are TWO BIG fridge's in the corner with anything you can think of in them...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have.

make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here. ahhhh there currently is one in progress in the OFF TOPIC forum...watch your step, the floor is a bit slippery by now. :{D

well lets see they let me take it home after i did all the paper work...then they have to contact the bank they said...but the guy told me its 99% sure....i just cant believe i have it

dealerships(or some at least) let people take the car home sometimes before they're approved. a few years back my brother was going to get a new Nissan Altima, decked out. He had it for two days, then he had to take it back because he was denied financing.

I personally made sure my loan went thru w/ my credit union. I would have been pretty pissed off if i would have had to have taken my protege5 back.
